We aim to provide educational opportunities for less privileged young people by giving them a helping hand to fulfill thier God given potentials.
WHO WE ARE
RHODAF Education Foundation is a non-governmental and non – profit organization established to honour the legacy and character of Chief (Mrs) Rhoda Abimbola Akindipe – Falade who clocked 70 on July 21st 2022.
The RHODAF Education Foundation has a mandate to provide education opportunities for underprivileged children by giving them access to financial aid to help fund their education.
The goal of the foundation is to help elementary (primary), high school (secondary) and post secondary school students who demonstrate exemplary qualities like : integrity, leadership and drive to pursue their education.
Our support will be in the form of scholarships, education grants and the provision of learning resources.
The RHODAF Education foundation may receive, maintain and use funds from donors or philanthropies, and subject to any restrictions or limitation that may apply, use or apply such income thereof exclusively for the above identified purposes of the foundation.
There is currently one recipient of the RHODAF Education Foundation. She is currently registered at a post secondary school institution in Nigeria.
We are looking forward to having more children benefit from this foundation.
Chief (Mrs) Rhoda Abimbola – Falade was born on July 21st 1952. She started her elementary education at the African Church Primary School Itoko, Abeokuta and completed it at the African Church Primary School Idi-Oro, Lagos. She obtained diploma in Accounting from the Ahmadu Bello University Zaria and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Lagos.
She also obtained a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) with specialisation in Finance MBA (finance) from the University of Lagos. Abimbola (shortened as ‘Bimbo’) worked in both private and public sector in a career spanning over 35 years. She retired in March 2011
RHODAF Education Foundation strives to help provide access to quality education to underprivileged children, thereby helping them achieve their God given potentials.
