ABOUT RHODAF
Chief (Mrs) Rhoda Abimbola – Falade was born on July 21st 1952. She started her elementary education at the African Church Primary School Itoko, Abeokuta and completed it at the African Church Primary School Idi-Oro, Lagos. She obtained diploma in Accounting from the Ahmadu Bello University Zaria and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Lagos.
She also obtained a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) with specialisation in Finance MBA (finance) from the University of Lagos. Abimbola (shortened as ‘Bimbo’) worked in both private and public sector in a career spanning over 35 years. She retired in March 2011.
Chief (Mrs) Rhoda Abimbola – Falade has high regard for human values and compassion for others. She is known for her charitable work, her respect for mankind and passion to give back to the community. These virtues have earned her a number of awards and recognitions including the Matron of The Nigerian Red Cross Society, Badagry Division, Lagos State. She was also honoured with the chieftaincy title of “Yeyetobase of Temidire” Ikole Ekiti, Nigeria. She is blessed with children and grandchildren.
Chief (Mrs) Rhoda Abimbola – Falade believes every child deserves an education and meeting their basic needs should not interfere with that fundamental right. She believes education puts you on the path of self-discovery, leading to self-belief, adds meaning to your life and provides you with the means to achieve lasting success in life and achieving God’s purpose for your life.

Director
She holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Lagos and an LL.B (Hons) from the Obafemi Awolowo University Ile Ife. She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1979. She is a member of the Nigeria Bar Association.
She started her law career with the Lagos State Ministry of Justice as a State Counsel in 1980. She voluntarily retired from the State Service in 1995 to start her law practice. Shortly after retirement, she was in 1997 appointed the Chairman of Lagos State Local Government Elections Petitions tribunal, Lagos Mainland Zone.
She currently works part time in retirement as the President of one of the Reconstituted Customary Courts in Lagos State with focus more on family issues viz marriages, divorce, custody and maintenance of children in the marriages. She has held this position for 4 years. Prior to this, she was fully managing her law firm of OLUSOLA AND OLUSOLA which specializes in Commercial Law practice.
While in service and practice, she acquired experience in criminal, civil, commercial practice. She was at different times external examiner at the Nigeria Law School, Chartered Institute of Bankers and as a part time lecturer at the Chartered Institute of Bankers. Mrs Olusola attended courses and conferences within and outside of the Country
Her skills include counselling, teaching and she is very passionate about the needy. She also has the special ability to be a change agent and pursuit positive changes as the need arises.

Administrator
He holds a Master’s Degree in Economics and a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics. He is currently the Project Manager at Catamaran Nigeria Limited and the Training Administrative Manager at Hudson Trident Limited. Olumide was a beneficiary of the Flour Mills of Nigeria Scholarship schemes for Secondary and Tertiary education.
Prior to his engagement with Catamaran, Olumide worked in various capacities for over 5 years – Lead Research Officer for the World Bank’s Cross Sectional Survey for the Ondo State; Lead Research Officer for the Lagos Metropolitan Area Transport Authority (LAMATA)’s Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Pilot Survey and Deployment Strategy; Assistant Head of Operations at Orion Technologies Limited; Graduate Research Assistant at the Department of Economics University of Lagos, and Examination Officer for Electronic Testing Company.
Olumide’s love for humanity and his passion for helping others is exemplary.
His key skills include Research, Data Analysis, Project Documentation and Reporting, Business Management, Negotiations, Business Communication, Quality Management System and Agribusiness.
